Jakarta. February 2, 2006 ? The Shareholders of PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk. (the ?Company?) at today?s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders appointed Ronald C. Aelick and Robert D. J. Davies as Commissioners of the Company. Mr. Aelick and Mr. Davies replace Mr. Farokh S. Hakimi and Mr. Logan W. Kruger who recently resigned from the Board of Commissioners.
