Release: PT Inco Tbk: Appointment of members to the Board of Commissioners

Jakarta , July 18, 2007 — At today’s Extraordinary General Meeting the shareholders of PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) appointed Naoyuki Tsuchida as member of the Board of Commissioners of the Company. Mr. Tsuchida replaces Mr. Nobumasa Kemori who recently resigned from the Board of Commissioners As well, Michael Winship was appointed Director, respectively replacing Tim Netscher who has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors.
