Release: Richfield Group: Disclosure document regarding acquisition of projects in Indonesia

(21 December 2007)--Richfield Group Limited is proceeding with due diligence on the acquisition of the Molybdenum and other metals project in Indonesia.

The Company has successfully engaged legal and technical advisers to confirm title and review geological data from previous exploration programmes carried out by Rio Tinto and Santos. Due to the quantity of information supplied the date for finalisation of due diligence has been extended to 30 January 2008.

It is now expected that a general meeting will be called in early February 2008 for a meeting date in early March 2008 to approve the transaction. (end of release)
