Following completion of the acquisition of the Jembayan Coal Mine on the 24 December 2007, SAR commenced work on an extensive drilling campaign on the property. Large areas of Jembayan have not been drilled to any significant degree and this work is expected to result in a further upgrade to the SAR?s resource and reserve base.
SAR has also commenced work on a number of scoping studies in order to determine future possible production scenarios and expansions, for both Sebuku and Jembayan. (end of release)
