Release: UT sell of shares in PT Berau Coal

As previously stated by PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) that it is going to sell its 60 percent shares of PT Berau Coal by auction process. The process had started since mid October this year.

Stages which shall be taken in the auction process:

1. Invitation letters to prospective bidders

2. Respond from interested parties to financial advisor

3. Due diligence process

4. Final bids indication

5. Closing

Currently, the process is in stage one and will be followed by the remaining process with due respect to all stakeholders.
