Release: White Energy?s coal upgrading plant in Indonesia 77% complete

(31 October 2008) --White Energy Company Limited today announced that construction of the coal upgrading plant being built in joint venture with Bayan Resources at the Tabang mine in East Kalimantan, Indonesia was 70% complete as at 30 September 2008. Since that time, further progress has been made with construction now estimated to be 77% complete.(end of release)
