Reliance confirms resignation of director

TSX-listed Reliance Resources Ltd confirmed on Friday that Andrew Wilson has resigned as a director for health reasons, but will be retained as a consultant to provide advice on matters specific to Indonesia.
The company said that the resignation took effect on the 27th June 2013. Reliance has a portfolio of five mineral tenements in Indonesia?s Sulawesi and Halmahera islands.
