Reliance Resources CEO buys more shares in company

Vancouver-based Reliance Resources Ltd. confirmed Friday that the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Gary Lewis, has acquired 968,000 Reliance Resources shares on market for a total investment of C$48,400.00.

Lewis' ownership of Reliance now totals 9,981,145 shares, representing 8.17 percent of the total issued capital of Reliance.

Lewis commented in a statement: "As Chairman of the company and one of Reliance's major shareholders, I am encouraged by the recent exploration results at Tanoyan and the value that is being added to this exciting project.

As a Board, we continue to assess corporate and project development opportunities to deliver positive outcomes for the Company and enhance shareholder value. "
