Rentech says HoA on C. Sulawesi GTL project being finalized

Denver-based gas-to-liquid company Rentech Inc. said on Monday that discussions were underway with state oil and gas company Pertamina to finalize the Heads of Agreements (HoA) to develop 16,500 barrel-per-day gas-to-liquid plant.
?The document is being worked on actively by both companies' management teams,? said the company in a statement.
Rentech and Pertamina are planning to develop the plant in Donggi and Senoro-Toili giant gas blocks in central Sulawesi.(alex)
