Renuka director tenders resignation

IDX-listed coal mining company PT Renuka Coalindo Tbk announced Monday that Director Bhagwat Prasad Nautiyal had on January 31 submitted his resignation letter.
The company said in a statement that it would hold a shareholders meeting this year to seek approval for the resignation.
Renuka, which operates a coal concession in Jambi Province, plans to produce about 600,000 tons of coal this year, the same as last year?s output, amid the current sluggish coal market condition.
