Resources Alam participates in tender for Kaltim-3 power plant project

IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Resources Alam Indonesia said it has participated in the tender for the development of the 1x200 MW Kaltim-3 coal-fired power plant in East Kalimantan Province.

This was revealed by Resources Alam Director Wimpi Salim on the sidelines of the 4th Annual Coal Buyers and Producers Meeting on Wednesday held by Petromindo.com

He said that the participation in the power plant project forms part of the company?s diversification into power plant business, in addition to its existing micro hydro power plant in West Java Province.

State-owned electricity firm PT PLN last month open PQ tender process for a number of power plant projects including Kaltim-3.
