Reswara's Aceh project has 9 MTPA installed capacity

PT Reswara Minergi Hartama, a subsidiary of IDX-listed integrated energy company PT ABM Investama Tbk, has 9 million tons per annum (MTPA) of installed production capacity at its coal project in Meulaboh, Aceh Province.

"Currently, we have two coal crushers which mean 9 million tons per annum of installed capacity in Aceh project," Reswara President Director Harry Asmar said to Petromindo.com Monday after the official launch of the Aceh project.

Harry added that the coal production target for this year year from Aceh project is three million tons. "We revised our previous target of five million tons due to (the current) low coal price environment," he suggested.

Reswara currently operates two coal projects in South Kalimantan (PT Tunas Inti Abadi/TIA) and Aceh (PT Media Djaya Bersama/MDB). MDB owns two mining permit holders namely PT Mifa Bersaudara and PT Bara Energi Lestari.
