RH Petrogas completes Orchard Energy acquisition

Singapore Exchange-listed RH Petrogas Limited (RHP) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Orchard Energy Pte. Ltd. on 14 June 2010.
Singapore-based Orchard Energy is an oil and gas exploration and production company which operates West Belida PSC Block, onshore Jambi, covering an area of approximately 1,402.19 sq km.
RHP is engaged in exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources. RHP?s first oil and gas project is a production sharing contract with China National Petroleum Corporation to jointly develop and produce hydrocarbon resources in Block 1 of Fuyu in the Songliao Basin, Jilin Province, the PRC.
