Rig Tenders secures coal transport contract extensions

IDX-listed Shipping firm PT Rig Tenders Indonesia secured contract extensions from South Kalimantan coal miners PT Adaro Indonesia and PT Arutmin Indonesia for coal transportation.
Dick S. Sapi?ie, president director of Rig Tenders, said the company had extended the transportation contract with Adaro until 2012, with a contract volume of 21 million ton per year, while the Arutmin contract was to be renewed on an annual basis.
He declined to give further details, only saying that all of the coal products are for domestic destination. (bernard)
