Rig Tenders to acquire four Singapore companies

PT Rig Tenders Indonesia Tbk will acquire the entire stake owned by Scomi Marine Services Pte Ltd in four Singapore companies including CH Logistics Pte.Ltd (CHL), CH Ship Management Pte.Ltd (CHS), Goldship Private Limited and Grundtvig Marine Pte.Ltd (GM).
The company said on Friday that it will spend a total of US$135.9 million and Rp 323.1 billion for the acquisition, including $9.51 million and Rp 22.61 billion for the acquisition of CHL, $1.35 million and Rp 3.23 billion for CHS and $8.15 million and Rp 19.38 million for Goldship and $116.87 million and Rp 277.86 billion for GM.
Rig said that it would soon hold extraordinary shareholders' meeting to seek approval for the acquisition plan. The company said that the acquisition would be financed with bank loans, which were now under negotiation. (*)
