Rimau Group to boost output by 2014

Mining integrated business group Rimau Group is expecting to boost the production of its subsidiary PT Senamas Energindo Mineral (SEM) up to 7 million ton by 2014.
Vinsensius, President Director of Rimau Group, told Petromindo.com on Monday that SEM?s production from its concession in East Barito regency, Central Kalimantan is currently stable at 400,000 tons per month and is expected to reach about 5 million tons this year.
He added in order to significantly ramp up the production, the company will invest up to US$ 50 million to purchase heavy equipments and open new pit.
