Rizki submits POD of South West Bukit Barisan block

Upstream company PT Rizki Bukit Barisan has submitted to upstream oil and gas authority SKK Migas the first plan of development (POD 1) of South West Bukit Barisan (SWBB) in West Sumatra Province.

?The POD is currently being reviewed at SKK Migas,? said Wisnu Prabawa, Head of Public Relations Division at SKK Migas to Petromindo.com on Tuesday.

Wisnu said that the contractor has drilled three wells, Sinamar 1-3, at the block, and has found oil and gas reserves. He added that in the POD, the company plans to drill a number of additional development wells.

The SWBB block is 100 percent owned and operated by PT Rizki Bukit Barisan Energi.
