Robust strengthens board with appointment of seasoned investment banker

ASX-listed Robust Resources Limited announced that it has strengthened its board of directors with the appointment of Hugh Thomas as Non-Executive Director.
Thomas has 30 years? experience in industry, consulting and investment banking including the past 20 years specializing in natural resources, the company said in a statement obtained Monday.
He has held executive management positions in Australia and internationally for leading corporations before commencing a career in investment banking. He was the Managing Director and head of Asia Pacific Natural Resources for both JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, based in Hong Kong . From 2011, Thomas was the head the natural resources investment banking team at Invested Bank, based in Sydney.
Thomas has provided strategic advice, consulting, and investment banking services to some of the world?s leading resources companies, including BHP, Chinalco, Sinosteel, PT Adaro, PT Pertamina, PTT Group, Marubeni, Exxaro and PT Pamapersada Nusantara.
