Rudi installs new execs at SKK Migas in reform drive

SKK Chairman Rudi Rubiandini installed new executives at the agency Friday, marking a shake-up in the agency?s leadership structure that includes the addition of two deputies, the elimination of two deputy posts, and creation of two unit heads equal to deputies.

The two unit heads are Priyo Widodo, who leads the Internal Supervision Unit, and Gde Pradnyana, Secretary of SKK Migas. Priyo was previously the VP Representative of Eastern Area for PT Pertamina EP, while Gde was Deputy of Operation Control at SKK Migas.

Yohanes Widjanarko will remain as the Deputy Chairman, supported by five deputies, including two new ones, namely Aussie Gautama as Deputy of Planning Control (a former employee of Total EP Indonesie) and Gerhard M. Rumeser Deputy of Business Support Control (previously Deputy of General Affairs).

The other three are Muliawan as Deputy of Operation Control (previously the Head of Production Operation Division), Widhyawan Prawiraatmadja Deputy of Commercial Control (previously Deputy of Planning Control) and Akhmad Syakhroza Deputy of Financial Control.

The two deputy posts that have been eliminated are Deputy of Legal Evaluation and Review, and Deputy of General Affairs.

The move to reorganize SKK Migas is in line with the Constitutional Court ruling and Presidential Regulation as well as guideline from Minister of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik to reform the upstream oil and gas regulator to make it more efficient.
