Rukun Rahardja appoints new president commissioner

IDX-listed gas distribution firm PT Rukun Rahardja Tbk appointed on Thursday M. Senang Sembiring as the company’s new President Commissioner, replacing Boyke M. Mukijat who has entered pension age.

This was said by President Director Djauhar Maulidi following the company’s shareholders meeting.

Sembiring was previously independent commissioner of the company.  Meanwhile, shareholders also approved the resignation of Fahrizi as director, although he would still help the company in its upstream business through DSME ENR Cepu.
