Rukun Raharja expands gas distribution portfolio

IDX-listed firm PT Rukun Raharja announced on Monday that its subsidiary PT. Triguna Internusa Pratama has completed the acquisition of 99 percent of the shares of PT Trimitra Cipta Mandiri (TCM).
TCM is a company involved in gas distribution through pipeline. The company did not disclose any further detail.
The company through its subsidiaries runs pipeline distribution network in West Java and Jambi and also has an LPG distribution business in greater Jakarta and North Sumatra.
In late 2010 the company had also announced its intention to acquire a participating interest in a still undisclosed PSC block with completion seen late this year. (alex)
