Rusatom Overseas JSC, a subsidiary of Russia state owned atomic energy firm ROSATOM, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indonesia?s Center for Nuclear Energy System Assessment of National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN) on the development of the first commercial atomic power plant in the country.
