- Bidders can offer at least 60,000MT on the both FOBT and CFR price
3. Procurement method : International Open Bidding
4. Delivery Schedule : January 15 thru March 15, 2004
5. Deadline of bidding : 5 PM on Friday December 19, 2003
6. Qualification : Coal producers, marketing companies or trading companies
