S. Korean firm plans to invest in Indonesian E&P

South Korean firm E1, a unit of LG Cable Group, is planning to bid for gas-field exploration in Indonesia, Korean news agency Yonhap reported Tuesday.

The report did not give more detail about the plan. Aside from planning to invest in Indonesia, the company also planned to supply LPG to North Korea.

E1 was formerly named LG-Caltex Gas.(*)
