Said Didu elected commissioner of PTBA

IDX-listed state controlled coal firm PT Bukit Asam (PTBA) elected Muhammad Said Didu, who is tipped to be the new director general minerals and coal, as new commissioner. He replaced Thamrin Sihite, former director general of minerals and coal.

The election of Said, who is now an expert staff at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, happened at the firm?s shareholders? meeting on Monday.

Said will serve as commissioner at the firm until 2020.

The shareholders? meeting maintained retired army general Agus Suhartono as president commissioner and Robert Heri, Leonard, Seger Budiarjo and Koesnaryo as commissioners.

The meeting also maintained Milawarma as president director, Achmad Sudarto as finance director, Anung Dri Prasetya as business development director, Heri Supriyanto as operation/production director, Maizal Gazali as human resources and general affairs director and M. Jamil as commerce director.
