Salamander to drill 3 wells in Kerendan in Q3,Q4

UK-based Salamander Energy Plc has announced it would drill at least 3 development wells on Kerendan field within the Bangkanai PSC in Central Kalimantan during the third and fourth quarter of the year.
Salamander said that the drilling would be conducted on K4, K6, and K7 wells, according to a presentation on its oil and gas operation updates.
One exploration well, West Kerendan-1, will also be drilled in the first quarter of 2013, it added.
Salamander operates the Bangkanai PSC in the Barito basin, Central Kalimantan, with 80 percent interest. The Kerendan gas field contains 280 billion cubic feet (bcf) of certified resource.
