Samin Tan and two directors resign from BRM

IDX-listed PT Bumi Resources Minerals (BRM) Tbk, subsidiary of Bumi Resources (BUMI) reported that Samin Tan has tendered his resignation as president director, adding that two other directors, Kenneth Raymond Allan and Hardianto, have also tendered their resignation on February 28, 2013.

BRM, however, provided no further detail about their respective successors, nor plans to convene shareholders meeting to elect new board members.

Samin Tan's Borneo Lumbung Energi (BORN) is partner of Bakrie Group at Bumi Plc. Bakrie, meanwhile, is in the process of exit Bumi Plc and separating Bumi Resources from the London-listed company.
