Samindo Resources on track to meet 2013 targets

IDX-listed services mining company PT Samindo Resources Tbk said it is on track to meet key targets for this year.

Company Business Development Director Priyo P. Sumarno told Petromindo.com Monday that until August, Samindo has realized 34 million bcm of overburden removal from the 54 million bcm target for this year from Kideco's coal mine in Batukajang, East Kalimantan.

"If the rest of the year the rain is not too heavy we are optimistic to reach the target," he said.

Priyo added for coal getting, from the target of 9.5 million tons this year, the company has realized about 6 million tons. While for hauling services, the company has hauled about 21 million tons of Kideco's coal to jetty from the target of 30 million ton.
