Sandiaga Uno retires as deputy chairman at Interra

SGX-listed Interra Resources Limited announced on Thursday that Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno has retired as Deputy Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from April 28, 2016, after the annual general meeting of the company held on the same date.

Following the retirement of Sandiaga, he will cease to be a member of the audit committee, the nominating committee and the remuneration committee.

Following the above changes, the new composition of the Board of the Company are as follows:

1. Edwin Soeryadjaya (Chairman and Non-Executive Director)
2. Marcel Han Liong Tjia (Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer)
3. Subianto Arpan Sumodikoro (Non-Executive Director)
4. Ng Soon Kai (Non-Executive Director)
5. Low Siew Sie Bob (Lead Independent Director and Non-Executive Director)
6. Allan Charles Buckler (Independent Director and Non-Executive Director)
7. Lim Hock San (Independent Director and Non-Executive Director)
8. Pepen Handianto Danuatmadja (Alternate Director to Subianto Arpan Sumodikoro)

The firm has five oil and gas contract areas in in Indonesia and Myanmar and controls a granite mining concession in Indonesia.
