Santos to drill E. Java well Q1

Australian oil, gas firm Santos Limited will drill an exploration well in Madura Offshore PSC in East Java, according to the company?s presentation.
The presentation showed that the company will drill the Peluang 1 well in the first quarter of this year.
The well is a gas prospect and has upside resource potential of 0-50MMBOE.
The PSC contains the Maelo gas field which is now in production.
Santos has 67.5% interest in the block. (alex)
