Mining contractor PT Saptaindra Sejati plans to sell its shares to the public to reap fund amounting to US$300 – $350 million, Bisnis Indonesia reported on Monday.

An executive of the company said in Jakarta last week that securities companies had been invited to present their plans for handling Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the corporate shares.

“The company plans to list the shares in the second semester of this year but the certainty about the listing would be adjusted to market developments,” the source went on.

Saptaindra Sejati is a coal mining contractor in Kalimantan and subsidiary of Dianlia Group. (*)
