Sarana Menara unit extends Rp500 billion credit facility with QNB

Digital infrastructure firm PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (IDX: TOWR) said its subsidiaries have signed an amendment to extend a credit facility of up to Rp500 billion (about $29.6 million) with PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk.
The amendment agreement was signed on March 12 between the lender QNB and borrowers PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia, PT Iforte Solusi Infotek and PT Iforte Energi Nusantara.

Under the revised terms, the maturity of the facility has been extended until June 26, 2026, according to a disclosure by the company.
The amendment modifies an earlier loan agreement signed on March 26, 2024, with a total principal amount of up to Rp500 billion.
The borrowers are jointly liable for obligations under the facility agreement.
