Satmarindo plans LPG terminal in Banten

Satmarindo Group through its unit PT Banten Energy Terminal (BET) will build south east asia?s biggest LPG storage facility in Bojanegara, Banten, BET President Kris H. Sulisto said as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia daily.
BET, he said has been involved in serious talks with BP and also from suppliers in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. BET is also teaming up with JGC Contractor for infrastructure development.
The terminal will require investment of US$350 million which will start operations in 2012 and would reach peak capacity of 1 million tones in 2014. (*)
