SE Sulawesi marine current power plant starts construction

Minister of Home Affairs Tjahjo Kumolo officiated last week the construction of a 40 MW marine current power plant on Sitompu Island, South Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, Antara reported.
Tjahjo said that the Rp 200 billion power plant, funded by the 2015 state budget, will increase electricity supply in South Buton.
