Sele Raya delays Bestari A-1 well drilling due to weather

PT Sele Raya Energi has delayed the drilling of Bestari A-1 well to third week of March from initial plan of end February or early March due to heavy rainfall.
The well is located within Blora block, in Pati, Central Java.
?The Bestari A-1 well drilling may be delayed due to weather uncertainty. We have been informed that the well will be spudded in the third week of March,? Hadi Prasetyo, Head of upstream authority BPMIGAS for East Java, Papua and Maluku Region, told Petromindo.com.
Sele Raya was awarded exploration contract for the block in 2009.
