Sentosasegara sells vessel to Wintermar (B)

IDX-listed shipping firm PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk said that its subsidiary PT Sentosasegara Mulia Shipping has sold a vessel called SMS Discovery to another subsidiary Wintermar (B) Sdn Bhd.
Wintermar Offshore said in a statement Thursday that the two firms signed a memorandum of agreement on the sale and purchase of the vessel on December 15.
The company added that the transaction value was US$5.5 million.
Wintermar Offshore said that the acquisition of the SMS Discovery, which is currently being operated in Brunei Darussalam, will strengthen the reputation and business prospeck of Wintermar (B) in the country.
Wintermar Offshore holds a 99 percent stake in the two firms.
