Seochi sets up indirect subsidiary

IDX-listed shipping service company PT Seochi Lines Tbk announced on Thursday its 99.99-percent owned subsidiary PT Success International Marine Pte. Ltd. has set up a 100-percent owned new subsidiary called Success Marine Offshore Pte. Ltd.
The firm did not explain the business of the new unit.
Soechi Lines is an Indonesia-based company primarily engaged in marine transportation. It owns and operates various types of vessels, including oil tankers, chemical tankers, gas carriers as well as floating, storage and offloading (FSO) carriers.
