Serica, Pertamina to sign N. Sumatra gas deal

PT.Pertagas, a gas trading unit of state oil and gas company PT.Pertamina said on Tuesday it would sign heads of agreement (HoA) this month to buy gas from Glagah-Kambuna TAC offshore North Sumatra.
Harjana Kodiyat, Pertagas? Development Director told Petromindo.Com that it would buy 50MMCFD of gas from the TAC at the price of US$4.15 per MMBTU. Gas supply would commence early 2009, he said.
Gas from Serica Energy-operated block would be supplied to the North Sumatra?s port city of Sicanang Belawan through 60 kilometers pipeline.
Harjana said gas from the TAC would be re-sold to gas traders in North Sumatra. (godang)
