Sewatama signs contract for operation of power plant in Bangladesh

Integrated electricity solution provider PT Sumberdaya Sewatama, a subsidiary of IDX-listed PT ABM Investama Tbk, has recently signed an agreement with Max Power Ltd for the operation and maintenance of a 78.5 MW of gas- fired power plant in Bangladesh.
The firm said in a statement seen Thursday the agreement was signed by CEO Max PowerBangladesh Sunil Jain, dan COO of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Business at PT Sumberdaya Sewatama Mustofa Kamal Zulkarnain accompanied by Takahasi Nagai od IHI, Sewatama's partner.
"In this cooperation contract, we'll operate and carryout maintenance of a power plant owned by Max Power for five years until 2021," he said.(*)
