SGS coal laboratory in Samarinda

International inspection, verification, testing and certification service provider SGS announced on Thursday that their coal laboratory in Samarinda, East Kalimantan is officially recognized by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) for its conformance to the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard for specific registered tests.
The accreditation demonstrates technical competency for a defined scope of tests and the operation of a laboratory quality management system, the firm said in a statement.
The Samarinda coal laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and consistent, industry-leading methodologies and quality control procedures.
