Offers outnumbered bids, once again, for Indonesian material. Low-rank prices were little changed from the previous day, although a new offer was reported at $37.00/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR, for an August loading Panamax. A deal was said to have been done at $29.95/t FOB, basis 3,400 kc NAR, for an August loading geared vessel, although this could not be confirmed at the time of writing.
Paper
M42 paper, listed on SGX, traded at $35.40 for August today. Following the deal, it was understood to have been offered on again at $35.55. A market for July was also reported bid at $35.65 and offered at $36.20.
