Prices were relatively stable today in the Asian thermal markets, although activity remains limited. For low-rank, offers were heard at $34.00-34.60/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR, for December loading geared vessels, with a bid reported at $32.95/t FOB, same basis. Bids for a Panamax loading in December were said to be around $34.50/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR.
Paper
M42 traded on SGX for December at $34.00 for 10,000t, after which it was bid at $33.75 and offered at $34.25. Meanwhile, November was bid at $33.75 and offered at $34.00. Further out, January was bid at $33.50 and offered at $34.15, while February was bid at $33.75 and offered at $34.05. For Quarters, Q1-20 was bid at $33.50 and offered at $34.25, while Q2-19 was bid at $33.45 and offered at $34.85. Calander-20 was bid at $33.00 and offered at $34.85, following a deal late last week at $34.10.
