Some Indonesian miners started to lower their offers for low-rank material to better match traders selling levels. An offer was reported at $40.00/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR, for an April loading Panamax. Offers were seen at $39.50/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR, for April loading geared vessels, which was also understood to still have room for negotiation. Buying interest, however, was reported at $38.00/t FOB, same basis.
Paper
M42 paper, as listed on SGX, was bid for March at $39.00/t and offered at $39.40/t. April was bid at $37.65/t and offered at $38.50/t. Further out, Q3 2019 was bid at $37.65/t and offered at $40.50/t.
