For low-rank, there was talk of a deal being done today for low-rank material at around $32.00/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR, for a September loading geared vessel, although an offer was reported at the same value. A bid from China for low-rank coal was heard at $25.50/t FOB, basis 3,400 kc NAR, for a geared vessel loading in September.
Paper
M42 paper, listed on SGX, was bid for September at $31.00 and offered at $31.60, with October bid at $30.95 and offered at $31.50, while November was bid at $30.70 and offered at $31.65. Bids were also reported at $30.45 for Q1-19, $33.25 for Q1-20 and $33.85 for Q2-20. (ends)
