Shell keeps fuel prices unchanged

Wednesday, July 1 2009 - 07:35 AM WIB

PT Shell Indonesia is keeping the prices of its gasoline unchanged this month despite the rise in international crude prices and the move by state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina to raise the prices of its products.

?The price of Shell Super (Ron92) stays at Rp 5,800 per liter, Shell Super Ekstra Ron 95?s at Rp 6,600 per liter and Shell Diesel?s at Rp 7,000 per liter,? Shell Indonesia?s media relations officer Fatiah Syarif said on Wednesday.

Earlier, Pertamina announced that it had increased the prices of its high-octane gasoline, that is Pertamax, Pertamax Plus and Bio Pertamax, starting July 1 (Wednesday), citing the rise in crude price on the international market. (Godang)
