Shell launches lubricant for power turbine

Shell Lubricants has launched a new lubricant product called Shell Turbo S4 GX for industrial steam turbines aimed to optimize the operational performance of energy business players, including power plants.
The new product was launched during a seminar titled ?Shell Power Technology 2016? held on Yogyakarta on Thursday, the firm said in a statement.
Shell Turbo S4 GX is a produced using Gas to Liquid (GTL) technology and is designed to provide an impressive long-term performance for turbines.
The seminar was attended by around 150 power business players and a senior official of state-owned electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN)
