Shots fired at Freeport bus convoy

Unidentified assailants fired shots at a convoy of busses belonging to copper and gold mining giant PT Freeport Indonesia in Papua on Wednesday, wounding one person, Antara news agency reported.
Antara's report, which didn't cite sources, said the shots were fired around 09.15 a.m at a convoy of 12 busses on the road heading to Grasberg mine site. It said the busses were being escorted by military personnel. (*)
