Sihayo's CEO resigns

ASX-listed Sihayo Gold Ltd said that its CEO Paul Willis has submitted his resignation effective from April 13, 2013. The company said that Willis is resigning for personal reasons.
"The Board regretfully accepts Willis? resignation and is pleased that he has agreed to an ongoing relationship to assist the Company through the finalization of the definitive feasibility study, permitting and financing of the Sihayo Pungkut gold project," the company said in the statement.
The company will now begin a search for a suitable replacement for Willis. The market will be advised immediately as a successful candidate is appointed.
