Singapore buyer complains over poor quality of Natuna gas

Singapore firm Sembawang Corp. have filed complaint over the poor quality of gas it received from West Natuna gas producers.
BPMIGAS Deputy Chairman Eddy Purwanto said gas received by Sembawang from West Natuna Transportation System (WNTS) pipeline contained high level of mercury and water.
?We are investigating the cause,? he said.
West Natuna gas producers, which comprises of ConocoPhillips (Natuna Sea Block B), Premier Oil (Natuna Sea Block A) and Star Energy (Kakap Block), supply gas to Singaporean customers under the long-term supply deal. (godang)
