Singapore electronic parts supplier sets up coal trading unit

Singapore-based electronic component supplier Ultro Technologies Limited announced on Friday that it has incorporated a subsidiary known as Pacific Coaltrade Pte. (PCT)
The Company will hold 51% shares in PCT with the remaining of 49% will be held by PT Anugrah Setia Jaya, a company incorporated in Indonesia.
The principal activity of PCT is general trading of thermal coal and other minerals and natural resource-based products, it said. (alex)
